Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period of 14 business days to receive an exchange or refund. 

All items unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number. Streets of Gold, Inc. will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if Streets of Gold, Inc. made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Streets of Gold, Inc. it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
